Cancellation/Refund Policy

Payments for courses and certifications are non-refundable. However, if you request a change to your registration at least 10 days prior to the first day of the session, you will receive a 100% course credit of tuition paid to be used for a future course/certification with NIAQI. 

Course Fees will not be pro-rated or refunded for any missed days.

I understand that I am required to comply with State Regulations for licensing with the DBPR. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, I am also agreeing to be automatically subscribed to the email list so that I can access important updates and information about my license and course materials. 

All students enrolled in the NIAQI Online Mold Certification Course must complete the course within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving access.

If additional time is needed, students may request a one-time extension of 14 days by emailing us at [email protected] or calling our office at (407) 440-2326 before their initial access period expires.

Once the course is successfully completed, students are required to schedule their final proctored exam with our office. The exam is conducted online under supervision, and details for scheduling will be provided upon course completion.

Please note: This written cancellation policy is always binding and non verbal communication from NIAQI staff cannot override the written policy. All requests for a waiver must be submitted in writing for our director to review.
