Cancellation/Refund Policy

Payments for courses and certifications are not-refundable. However, if you request a change to your registration at least 10 days prior to the first day of the session, you will receive a 100% course credit of tuition paid to be used for a future course/certification with NIAQI.

Course Fees will not be pro-rated or refunded for any missed days.

I also understand that to comply with State Regulations, by agreeing to the terms and conditions, I am also agreeing to be automatically subscribed to the email list so that I can access important updates and information about my license and course materials.

Please note: This written cancellation policy is always binding and non verbal communication from NIAQI staff cannot override the written policy. All requests for a waiver must be submitted in writing for our director to review.

What you'll get:

(1) Certification Option

The option to challenge the exam is an option we offer to individuals that have extensive knowledge in indoor air quality, mold assessments, mold and microbial sampling, and mold remediation. The exam is 100 questions and you must have a passing score of 70%. Some of the answers to the questions on this exam are discussed in our course. You will not have access the course materials unless you attend the course. We strongly recommend that you attend the course before you challenge the exam. Exams must be proctored in person or through an online company with advance scheduling. Please check our scheduling for the next in person class session or call our office to schedule the exam online or if you have additional questions.
